Hussar Photos..please help

Hello Chaps

found two Hussar Cabinet-Photos on the Flea Market today..

Can the experts please help me to identify what regiment they belong to

They are enlisted and appear to be from Husar Regt. Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands Nr. 15 part of the IX Army Corps. The attila and the crown (top part) of the mutze are dark blue; the frogging is white; the toggles are silver. The mutze capband is pale yellow piped in white (also around the crown of the mutze). Also, the photo was taken before 1897 when the second cockade was added to the caps.
