Yes, that is definitely the 99 day Kaiser. Super nice pipe!!! Can you post a side view? I assume it is hand carved meershaum?

Yes, it is a hand carved meershaum pipe. Many thanks to you both for
helping put a name to the face on the pipe. Using the information you gave me,
I went to Google and got a picture of Fredrick III.
Here is the side view you requested and the picture from Google of Fredrick III.

Looks like a match to me...
