    Are these Imperial tinnies?

    Guys these came from a vet buy I made 10 years ago.They have been sitting in my I don't know what it is box ever since.Can anyone tell me more about them and if they have any value or are they junk?

      My first impression: some kind of insignia for people working at the court of Carl-Alexander Duke of Sachsen-Weimar? Just a guess though
