        Gents,
Many thanks for your comments. Let me know if you would like me to post pics of a particular item, and I´ll see what I can do.

Mike, I called the four digit phone number in the overleaf page, but it seems the depot may have moved, or something ..................

          GdC26,
Any chance there is a Infantry officer's helmet with the "Waterloo" bandeau. I have a mint one and would like to know what it cost back then. Used by the 74th, 78th, 164th and 165th Regiments, I think.

            GdC26,

Congratulations on a really super buy! If I recall correctly, there is one page showing the Feldbinde. Do you think you could post a scan of that page as well?

            Many thanks in advance!

            Kind regards, Karl

              Daniel, Karl,

This post and the next contain the information I believe you requested.
David, I believe the Bandeau is listed as an (90 Pfennig) extra for a normal infantry haube.

              Cheers,
              Sandro

                  Thanks for the scan,
OK, wow 24.40 marks for the best one. In pre war marks at $.20 US that is $4.88. Now take a minty one at about $2300.00. That means it increased in value an average of $21.90 a year, every year for the past for 105 years ( mine is dated 1899). Including the depression years. Not too shabby.I just wish I could buy them now for that price. When they invent that time travel thing a guy could make a fortune! lol

PS: This is post number 164, my favorite regiment!
