    Marine Flugchef

    A cousin of my greatgrandfather is promoted to Marine-Flugchef in 1918. Before that he was the Aide to the II Seefliegerabteilung. Would the M<arine-Flugchef be the overall commanding officer of Seeflieger forces, or would it be something totally different?
