I wouldn't buy that without some serious provenance. The ribbons are *way* too crisp, the common ribbon bar mounting, the neat medal bar mount, the poor quality EK (in the picture), and the combatant EK versus the non-comb HK make me worry.
I'm not a expert by any stretch but I have to wonder about this bar.
