I didn’t know where else to put this so I’ll just put it here. This is (apparently) a post war Wagner made PLM for the collectors market with a 1940’s ribbon on it. What do you guys think? Thanks

Not good, sorry. Wrong eagles, wrong enamel, wrong suspension... and that ribbon looks way newer than the 1940s. -
