    Please help identify a cross

    Any comments on this award are warmly welcome. It was dug out by my colleague last weekend. Surely a nice find, but we can't come across any info on this particular award.

    It's the final version of the Commemorative cross for former members of the Wehrmacht. Before this version was issued there were Regimental, Battallion, and Marine versions. This model replaced the previous ones so that one type covered all of the previous styles.
