Found this today, absolutely stunning remembrance of his time in the far east 1898-1901; this ship was part of the relief mission, anyway to research the sailor? Thanks

I was never successful researching anyone but I don't really have the necessary time to put into it. You can try the archive site but it's not an easy task. Basically going through countless files through multiple departments that may not pan out.
