Let me clarify......

...... the bar is implausible because:
The mounting cannot be only an EK2 Ribbon and a Bulgarian WW1 Commemorative Service Medal. Highly unusual and suspect at best.
The Bulgarian Medal does not belong on that ribbon.
As a combination, you could have the 2 medals, but not on that mounting.

Again, an implausible combination. Not the two awards, but the bar as shown.
