My 2nd medal bar

Hello All!
just thought i'd post a pic of my second Imperial medal bar.I've had it a while, but only just got around to borrowing a digicam.Please let me know your thoughts.There is a tag on the back with the makers details,but unfortunately i couldn't zoom in close enough with the camera.I'll have a read of it and post what it says later.
