Auction Problems?

Gentlemen, have any of you done any business with the FJP Auction formally known as Floyd Johnson and Paine Auction? I won a couple of items in the May 19 Auction and it seemed forever before the items arrived. I had to send one of them back due to poor description (didn't mention the enamal damage or holes in the ribbon bar) and I have yet to get my refund. I've started my third month since the auction and still have no closure. Any better experience out there?

Jeff Floyd is a member here and, from what I have seen and heard, a man of great reputation. PM him (he is under JBFloyd) and I am sure he will settle this.
