ek outher cartons ?

I have a question regarding the ek model 1914 outher cartons, normally these have the red " General Ordenskommision " seal attached => is this seal always present ?
Does there exist a chance that this seal was never attached to some ek outher cartons ? + do all period original EK 1 cases have the ek outlines on the upper part of the case ?
