Mecklenburg-Strelitz, Greifen Orden, Ehrenkreuz with case

I think this one would be very appreciated by our friend "Stogieman", since it is cased. I was lucky enough to purchase it during Zeige's last auction. As you can see it came with the ware rare case "J. Godet & Sohn". The cross is highly convex and the construction of the needle system on the reverse is quite well made and looks very solid. I particularly like the "C" shaped catch, which was quite typical for that period.

WOW!!!

Nice group! What impresses me the most, ist the least of your pieces! You have a Prussian Medal to the Crown Order, Open Crown, in the CORRECT, tiny, blue case!! This is only the second time I have EVER seen that case! My hat's off to you!

... and you know what? When I purchased it, maybe some 10-12 years ago, I was sooo disappointed, because it didn't imagine that the Kronen-Orden Medaille was so tiny. Now I can appreciate it, because since then I never saw again such a complete set for sale.

How about

popping out a picture of the outside of the case for the guys and gals?? It's one they will rarely get a chance to see. No cypher, most unassuming. Just a tiny blue case!

Unfortunately I don't have the medal with me, but I can confirm that the case don't have any script or cypher, just a tiny light-blue case.
