What kind of decorations are on this bar?

Could anyone tell me what kind of pre third reich decorations are on this bar?

I can see the Ostmedal, October 38 and 4 yours long service.

No Ostmedaille here, however an Austrian Anschluss.
This is obviously a Bavarian, got the Military Merit Cross 1st class w/crown as an NCO, was then promoted to officer and got the Military Merit Order 4th class. I can also see a Silesian Eagle and the "usual" Austrian and Hungarian Commemoratives.

The precedence is completely wrong, very naughty! Foreign (Hungarian) should be at the end, Bavarian Jubilee should be 2nd to last, Austrian Commemorative should be before Silesian.
The LS puzzles me too. My guess is - but maybe I'm wrong here - he served for a short time around 1905 and made Vizefeldwebel d.R., was recalled for WW1 and got promoted to officer at some point. When recalled for Wehrmacht, he could have had less than 12 years.
