Well that's not an Ek I believe it's a Braunschweig KVK1 as far as being the real thing I couldn't tell you some other member probably knows -

Yes, it is indeed a Braunschweig KVK1. However I have some concerns over this example and think it may be one of the newer repros. They use a similar hinge/pin/catch to wartime examples but one of the better ways to pick them is to look at the top strokes of the 1s in 1914 - on originals they are curved whereas on the repros they are straight.
