also i'd like to ask if it is rare

Hi,

The hardware and core are consistent with a Deumer. I see a fair amount with the same hardware but I don't pay enough attention to know if there is rare core variants which you may or may not have. In general, however, they are common.

I assume this one is non magnetic?

As always if you're making a purchase ask the seller for better pictures. These are bad!
