I have this group photo which raises a few questions.
Which badge are they wearing? photo #1
Could this be a Freikorps Ärmelabzeichenm? photo #2
Could this be a Kampfwagen Abzeichen hidden in the shaddow? photo#3

Interesting photo, the Bavarian crowns at the top of the badges, and the lack of 'duck's feet' at the bottom as you would find in aviator badges leads me to think that they are regimental badges.

A reverse inscription, maybe? Or any other source or more pictures from the same stock?
