    Is this a 1914 EK2 Ring Marked "We" ?

    Am I correct in assuming the markings on this 1914 EK2 ribbon ring are "We"? The eyelet appears to have a "7" but no other markings. Many thanks in advance!

          Is maker "We" still regarded as J.H.Werner? There seems to be some debate about that in the past.

            As far as I know, It IS still thought to be Werner.
