I am wondering if Imperial badges, such as the Prussian and Bavarian pilots and observers badges were produced during the Third Reich. If so, are their ways of spotting these badges produced 1933 to 1945?

Yes, they were produced during the TR period (Prussian at least) and they can be determined by hardware and finish.
