Who made this Pour le Merite

I‘m interested to learn about the Pour le Merite on the left and on the right of this picture. I suppose it‘s a postwar copy - the picture was taken 1962. I know the center pieces is a Rothe made piece, but what about the other two ? The Oaks look identical to St&L but the PLM details are different to the known St&L type.
Who is the maker of these pieces ? I haven‘t seen many of this type at all

This looks like a photograph from the deceased Danish collector Kai Meyer.

Yes, the picture is from the Kai Meyer collection. It was posted here on the WAF a while ago. I‘ve been wondering about the origin of those two PLM‘s ever since...
