1914 EK2 Maker Please?

Can anyone help with the maker of this 1914 EK2 please? There appears to be a maker on the ring but is very hard to read. Many Thanks!

Very difficult to tell. Are the any other marks? I forgot until recently that sometimes they carry a mark on the small ring.

I see an F. marked but the perspective can't help.

Please, try to make a new photos with magnifier and in vertical position and turn the mm in various position, that could us to help you better.
