Opinions on imperial wire cutter

I'm searching for an ww1 imperial wire cutter.
Found this one.


It looks like the "small" wire cutter found in period pictures, like this one.

I imagine there is lots of variant although.
Do you think this cutter is consistent with ww1 period ?
