Document Question/Translation Assistance

I thought we had a section to post items for translation but I could not find it....I am hoping one of our German speaking members might help me out with this document.

From what I have been able to gather it has something to do with a telegram that could not be delivered???

As background this is part of a set of pictures belonging to Oberleutnant Kraft who was shot down/KIA in 1916. (some of the other pictures attached)

On his way to the Division HQ he was KIA.

The last paragraph states that since the delivery is impossible (due to his death) the division is returning the documents. In pencil is written that "x" denotes Grandma Henkel's brother Hermann in the photo.

Thanks for the additional translation. Now I just need to figure out who Friedrich was....

He apparently was the brother serving in Res. Inf. Regt. 23 of the fellow in the photo Hermann who was an observer in a Bavarian outfit. Both being brothers of Grandma Henkel.
