Reichswehr or Friekorps?

Greetings Gentlemen,

I only dabble in this area and my knowledge is extremely limited.

I would appreciate any feedback you could provide on the pictured soldier who caught my interest recently.

The photo looks like an early Reichsheer soldier wearing 1919 style insignia. The shoulder cords only indicate enlisted ranks (officers wore the same basic cords in a different type of cord), the collar tabs look odd in that they are not mounted on a rectangular patch, and the oval arm badge indicated the type of unit based on Waffenfarbe (here apparently white for infantry) with the unit number. Actual rank insignia were in the form of chevrons worn below the oval.

This likely dates between October 1, 1919 and sometime in early 1920.
