Freikorps von Haydebreck badge ??

Hi Guys
Is that a Selbstschutz-Bataillon von Heydebreck badge or Kaiserliche Marine ?

It could be either as the von Heydebreck badge was simply taken from surplus Naval stores. Although if I remember correctly, the Kaiserliche Marine version was often on a round back-plate rather than the egg-shape which is always seen on the von Heydebreck badge.
