No. There's only one in Russian by Konstantin Nikolaev, a well-known Freikorps collector, that is very definitive with lots of pictures.

As far as I know, there's no publisher. Konstantin only sells them privately and I'm not sure if he's printing any more, as I've been told he's not well.
