Cadinen Ashtray with Dedication

Ok, stumped on the one. Original Cadinen ashtray with 800 marked silver rim. The rim has the dedication "Dem Kommandanted V. 1 zum 25.6.1927! A.N. und seine Kapitane." Below the dedication are several signatures including what appears to be Ernst Rohm and Ritter V. Epp among others. The underside is stamped with the Cadinen factory mark.
Any ideas at all about the who/what/wear would be greatly appreciated....

It´s "Ä. N."

And a ":" after "seine Kapitäne:"
So they served under Ä.N.
But under whom did Röhm and Epp serve? Only Hitler i think.
So i don´t think it´s Ernst Röhm and Ritter von Epp.

Also the signatur of Ernst Röhm look a litte different.
And Epps too.
