I think the order of the Luft medals has been reversed (cross should go before the medal) but the Schlesien adler II looks like a nice Meybauer specimen in zink. This variant is unmarked and probably has 2 rivets (instead of 4) to secure the devices: 1 for the crescent and 1 for the bandeau like the attached 1st Class

Bar is very tight. I just had opportunity to to take more pictures. I was suprised at the case as it was not mentioned in the ad. Case is period and marked to Julius Siegel, Munchen, Oriandostrasse
