Help Identifying Unkown Badge

Greetings,
I recently acquired this badge from an Imperial German collection and am unsure to what it is. I checked Nieman's book and did not find it. Many thanks to everyone that takes the time to post and share your knowledge on this one.

I was surprised to see that it was made by Deschler & Sohn Munich.

It's a veteran's organization. My guess would be that " U + 2" refers to the Bavarian 2nd Uhlan Regt. "KSV" could mean 'Königliche Soldaten Verein' ( or Verbände), i.e. Royal Soldiers Association.
