Photo help needed

Hi
I can see a Silesian Eagle and I think a Baltic Cross in wear and various badges and armbands but it looks like a real mixture.
Any thoughts?

The half yellow/half white with black lettering armband and half yellow/half silver sleeve badge are for the SSOS (Selbstschutz Oberschlesien) the generic designation for several defense forces in Silesia, primarily during the 3rd Polish Uprising in 1921, although the police units of the SSOS existed as early as the 2nd uprising in 1920.
