Are these boards from this period?

What do the letters signify?

Reichswehr/Reichsheer 1921-33, I think. I'm not sure what the letters mean.

Looks like proper Reichswehr era shoulder boards, material is the same as my RW tunic with 1921 depot stamp, but I dont think its from the interim period... my guess is 1923 and up. Unfortunately, the letters are unknown to me.
