This was in a lot of items I won at Auction, no idea what this is? Am sure someone does. Any help appreciated.

It's a watch fob. Possibly for a fraternity, club or hunting association. I don't think it has a military connection. Although, you do see these used by veteran associations and the Stahlhelmbund.

You could post it in the Imperial forum. There might be someone there with more specifics.

Chip is right the "!" is typical for student leagues/fraternities
