Best or Favorite Items from 2015

I'll start this off. I've gotten so many gems over the last year, it's hard to choose just one.

But, I was very pleased to get this grouping to a member of 3. Marine-Brigade Loewenfeld.

Freikorps medal bars, with the exception of those with the Silesian Eagle or Baltic Cross, (because they continued under the TR) are very hard to come by as most were broken up, when Freikorps awards were banned and medal bars were remounted in the 1930s.

So, to get one like this is actually a rare find.

2015 has been an excellent collecting year and I have a lot of favorites as well, but after a three month dry spell I closed the year out with a final Freikorps purchase.

An M18, Grenzschutz Ost helmet that we've seen in a couple WAF threads recently. Its a welcome addition, and will display nicely with my FK Oberland helmet. Once its in hand I'll be able to do some side by side shots.
