Here's an interesting and scarce service record and photo of a WWI submariner and Baltic Freikorps veteran. Unfortunately, I don't know his name because that part of the document is missing.
He went into the Imperial navy in 1913 and to U-Boat school in 1916. He served on U-25 and U-59.
In the Baltic campaign he served in Artillerie Regiment Stever (Freikorps Stever) as part of the Schutzenregiment Baltenland in the Russian Westarmee of Prince Pavel Bermondt-Avalov. He served in Kurland and Lithuania.
The document notes his awards seen in his photo as a member of the Kriegsmarine likely taken sometime in the mid-1930s.
EKII (ribbon bar)
Hessen Verdienst Medaille = Hessian Merit medal (ribbon bar)
U-Boot Abzeichen = U-boat badge
Baltenkreuz = Baltic Cross (pin-back and on ribbon bar)
Malteserkreuz = Avalov Cross of the Russian West Army (pin-back and on ribbon bar)
