Vice Consulate Porcelain sign

I'm looking for info/history on my Vice Consulate sign. The sign in very heavy with porcelain finish. It was taken down from a building pre-war. Any help or photos showing this sign would be great. Thanks

Do you know where this building was? Eagle shows the modern form of the german eagle, if you know which country/town I could have a look.
