Wait for other opinions to be sure but IMO it looks like a nice original lackered brass 1st class with riveted devices that seems related to this one (in oxidized/blackened brass)

Here you go, back picts of mine. I purposely didnt post a picture of the back not to confuse you because the hardware doesnt look anything like yours. Mine looks like a later version with the "fancier" hardware while yours appears to be earlier version with the cruder wide sheet metal hinge and "?" catch which, judging from your more recent back pictures look original to the piece and without repairs IMO.

You often find designs that look like they come from the same die but with different hardware, metal or/and finishes because the makers produced them throughtout the Weimar and TR period sometime using the same dies

Yours looks great to me but I'm just an amateur so wait for other opinions to be sure
