Veterans Bavarian 1930's Visor ?

At the weekend I bought this visor. Looking at the DSKB badge and chin chord colours, its Bavarian. I took the badge to be Deutscher Soldaten, Krieger Bund although I've found no traces of such a organization and strangely the two stud buttons holding the chin-chord have a anchor on them perhaps a navel connections. The design on the black band is similar to Kyfffhaüser bands used between the wars, puts it I would think in the 1930's, more I don't know. Does any member have any further information ? it would be welcome. Regards

Yes, I think a cap made after 1945 and no 30's.
