Are you sure these are period made collar tab insignia? The prongs look strange.

Here are mine. Basically the same. There's nothing strange about the prongs. They're pretty typical of the type seen on Freikorps badges.

However, you need to bear in mind that at best these can be seen as representational of the type worn because these were an off-the-shelf generic oakleaf , selected by FK Oesterroth either because of cost or because they needed something quickly.

It was likely worn before and afterwards by perhaps forestry officials and maybe even police.

The same can be said about the types worn by FK Goldingen and Freiwilligen Landesjägerkorps.
