Genuine Silesian Eagle?

Hi I welcome your opinion on this Silesian Eagle enameled non issue 20-30's piece, I really like the hinge and clasp design, but need your honest and valuable opinion to confirm authenticity.
I also need a fair price on the market to consider I am not paying too much!

Imo a nice, high quality, original example. Your date estimate sounds good to me as well.

Price, probably anywhere from US$150-300, depending upon buyer and seller.
