    Imperial, Freikorps or Wehrmacht?

This photo is of my grandfather he was born in 1901 so the photo is probably after 1818, the town is Wurzburg.

    Imperial , Freikorps or Wehrmacht?

He died when my father was very young and we have no information.
Some can tell me something about these uniforms.

    thank you

Your second picture shows the "Alter Kranen" in Würzburg.
    It's a town's landmark.

Five of the six men pictured wear the M-1915 Feldbluse with no buttons visible down the front. The Litzen on their collars also appear to be WW 1 era. The thing that strikes me as being a little odd is that none of them are wearing the ribbon for the Iron Cross 2 Class. It looks like they might be in a well-built bunker with panelled walls. Could you enlarge the images of the items on the table? Just wondering exactly what they are. And the table looks like it has a blanket covering it. My bunker idea is based on the picture of "home"and the blanket table cloth. Otherwise the scene is oddly void of any military equipment or hints of war.

I would put these guys in the WW1 or very early after WW1, but not to Wehrmacht.

I found more information, this photo is from 1922. In 1923 he came to Brazil.

Another photo of the same group.

            Yes, not from Imperial times.

The last photo shows oak leaf on a visor cap. It was used on German headgear after ww1.
