Unknown Collar Tabs - early Stahlhelm? Paramilitary? Freikorps?

I picked these collar tabs up and am hoping that someone might be able to identify them.

Although they're the size and shape of early SA collars, they don't match any SA collars that I can reference.

My feeling is that they are either early Stahlhelm collars for the Bremen Stahlhelm, or some 1920s paramilitary group.

It is possible that they're some unknown Freikorps.

I do believe they're from the 1920s because of the style and manufacture.

Other than that, I haven't found anything like them anywhere.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I think more likely Bremen something...maybe Jugendwehr, or Bremen Burgerwehr.

But, that's a guess. I don't think Austrian at all. They're German in style.

I think the first piece of black wool is meant to be part of the ribbon colors, so black, white and red, hence the even space?
