Actually I checked it again and it was December 1919 as part of Vorläufiges Reichwehr Schützen Regiment 18. It seems that Sturm-Batl. Heusckel Sturmlehr Schule was a specialized training unit within the MSW.

Sturm Batl. Heuschkel Sturmlehr Schule existed in Berlin from January 1919 onwards and was set up under the Garde Kavalerrie Schützen Division and run by Minenwerfer Sturmdetachement Heuschkel to train the GKSD and other Freikorps in Berlin in assault tactics.
