Skull flag question

Hi John, few observations,


I would expect it to be double sided,

its not a skull design that I have seen before,

its a pennant design more I would suggest for a boat.....

I don't believe this is Freikorps because the skull style is not German. Whatever it is, I think it hung on a wall or along a rail etc. as a bunting pennant.
