Hi All,

here is my new addition, a heavily curved baltenkreuz. The "golden" part is magnetic, I think the base cross is silver,

Same type as this one, presumably Godet?

Yes, it is a good one and most probably made by Godet. So the superimposed cross is magnetic, and base one is not? And as far as I see the base does not look like it is made of buntmetall?

Yes the superimposed cross with the lilies is magnetic and the base cross looks like it is made of silver...
