Coblenz hand made wall shield 1919? pretty neat

just got this in the mail from germany.
my last buy until i get settled into my new house.

so any ideas on it,
hand made small wall plague
4 1/2 inches x 3 1/2 inches,
alum face with some landwr emblems nailed on.
Coblenz 1919 i think

Perhaps made by a soldier, when he came back home after ww1? The cross looks like a part from a Landwehrmuetze. And the other parts....uniform buttons, I guess.

Or a kind of souvenir?
