Definitely Iron Division.
Here are a couple of caps from my collection.

Definitely members of the Iron Division. That's Major Bischoff in the center with the lady (his wife?). The skull emblem for this unit was on the small size (generally in the area of 20 to 25 mm). The larger 30-35 mm version was worn on the collar by Freikorps Brüssow and in an oval on the sleeve by Ostpreussischen Jägerkorps Gerth. Here's a comparison of the two styles, along with an Iron Division medal and ribbon as issued.

PS - I have two of these Iron Division medals, and both are stamped 'ALPACCA' on the ribbon ring. On one, the stamp is almost illegible - just traces of the 'ACCA' at the end. Obviously refers to the fact that the medal's silver-plated, but I always thought this was interesting as I've never seen this word on any other medals - only on goblets, salvers etc.
