I think it's a reproduction. This one has a "bloated" horizontal dimension and a number of small design differences that are different from the original (there's no evidence that there was more than a single production of this). While it may be the photos, this example also doesn't seem to have the heavy "fire gilt" finish of the original and appears to be devoid of the wear, tarnish, and aging you should expect in an item from this era.
