Stahlhelm member help

Hello:

This picture is of the great-grandfather of a friend and he was hoping to find out a little more. I gave him the basics that he was a member of the Stahlhelm Bund etc. Not sure if you can tell me much more but I assume the cuff title would be LV Hannover? Is there any way to tell from the uniform around what time period this was - assuming 1920s? The uniform seems rather generic.

Any help would be appreciated.

Difficult to say, but since about 1929 they started wearing the two cockades
and the steel-helmet in the middle. My guess is about 1926/1927.
And yes, the cuffband seems to be L.V. Hannover
