Which badge are they wearing? photo #1
Could this be a Freikorps Ärmelabzeichenm? photo #2
Could this be a Kampfwagen Abzeichen hidden in the shaddow? photo#3

3. It does look like the Kampfwagenabzeichen

On a second look, I think you're right. The badge in #3, which I originally thought to be the Kampfwagenabzeichen is in fact too small to be that and is therefore likely also the Königliches Bayerisches Kadettenkorps-Abzeichen.
